SUBJECT: Approve the Commercial Lease between the County of Lake and Skypark Properties, LLC, for Property at 900 Airport Blvd, Lakeport CA., to be used as a Pilots Lounge for a three year term at $1,000.00 per month; and authorize the Chair to sign the Lease.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Department of Public Works has been in negotiations with Skypark Properties, LLC to lease a building located at 900 Skypark Drive, Lakeport to serve as a Pilots Lounge for Lampson Field.
Attached for the Board’s review and approval is a three year lease with Skypark Properties for a 700 square foot building at 900 Skypark Drive, adjacent to the transient parking area for Lampson Field. This building will serve as a temporary respite to pilots who are flying into and from Lampson Field.
