SUBJECT: Approve the Agreement between the County of Lake and Paragons, LLC for the Coordination of Activities Involved with the No Place Like Home (NPLH) and SB2 Grants for Fiscal Year 2019-20 in the amount of $50,000 and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Attached, for your approval, is the Agreement between the County of Lake and Paragons, LLC for the Coordination of Activities Involved with the No Place Like Home (NPLH) and SB2 Grants for Fiscal Year 2019-20. As Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) has been working closely with Paragons, LLC on activities associated with the NPLH grant in Fiscal Year 2018-29, LCBHS would like to continue to move forward with Paragons, LLC with the NPLH Grant for Fiscal Year 2019-20 and extend that relationship to include the SB2 Grant.
