SUBJECT: Accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for Roadway and Public Utility Purposes (Offer) - Unnamed Access Road off Highway 29, 1 mile Westerly of Kits Corner - Rich-Ted Trucking (Siri) / Neasham Lot Line Adjustment.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The attached Irrevocable Offer of Dedication is being presented to the Board of Supervisors at this time to provide public access along an existing roadway leading from Highway 29 to property owned by Richard Siri. A lot line adjustment is currently being processed that would eliminate existing public access to the Siri property so the offer is required to insure access prior to the lot line adjustment being finalized.
Approximately 100 feet of roadway is being offered which will connect the Siri property to the existing Highway 29 driveway entrance. An Assessor’s Parcel Map is being provided to show the location of the offer.
The acceptance by the Board and recording of the document will provide the needed public access to allow the lot line adjustment to be completed.
This portion of road will not be County maintained.
Staff has reviewed the documents and finds them acceptable. This department recommends that the Board of Supervisors accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication and return it to the County Surveyor for recording.

Staff has reviewed the documents and finds them acceptable. This department recommends that the Board of Supervisors accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication and return it to the County Surveyor for recording.
