SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution accepting the Relocation of Sewer Facilities in Middletown Project, Bid 18-23, as complete and authorize the Special District Administrator to sign the Notice of Completion.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A project to relocate approximately 1,400 feet of sewer force main to facilitate a Caltrans Highway safety project was satisfactorily completed this summer by Terracon Constructors, Inc. of Healdsburg, California. Attached for consideration is a Resolution which would accept the work as complete on behalf of the District and authorize the District Administrator to sign the attached Notice of Completion.
