SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Public Services Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for Work Performed under Agreement dated January 15, 2019 for the Lower Lake Parks Maintenance Facility, Bid No 18-17
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On January 15, 2019, the Board approved an Agreement with True North Constructors for the Lower Lake Parks Maintenance Facility Project, Bid No. 18-17. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on October 10, 2019.
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Public Services Director to Sign a Notice of Completion for the Lower Lake Parks Maintenance Facility Project, Bid No. 18-17.
