EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As your Board is aware, ROV Catherine McMullen will be leaving employment with Lake County soon. Her last day on the job will be November 22, 2019.
I am requesting an opportunity to discuss next steps with your Board, regarding how best to staff the election function.
