Subject: Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Contract between County of Lake and Granicus, Inc. for PEAK Agenda Management and Government Transparency Services at no additional cost, and authorize the Chair to sign.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On October 8, 2013, your Board approved a contract with Granicus, Inc. for agenda management and government transparency services.

On December 19, 2018, Contract Amendment No. 1 was approved to include the purchase of encoding hardware and performance accelerator hardware/software.

On September 17, 2019, Contract Amendment No. 2 was approved to adjust the annual compensation amount to Granicus to include the Granicus Encoding Appliance Software.

Amendment No. 3 is needed for the implementation of the PEAK Agenda Management System 60 Day Pilot Program, with the option to convert to this program at no extra cost at the end of the 60 day period. PEAK is a software solution offered by Granicus to streamline the agenda management process. This program was not available at the time of our original contract with Granicus.
