SUBJECT: Approve Additional Leave of Absence request for Probation Department Deputy Probation Officer III Claudia Acosta from January 11, 2020 to March 9, 2020 and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Claudia Acosta, Deputy Probation Officer III, with Probation, has requested a leave of absence that extends beyond FMLA, Department Leave and County Administrative Officer leave. At this time Probation is requesting the Board of Supervisors approve additional leave from January 11, 2020 to March 9, 2020. Probation requests that the Board authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to sign the request.
