SUBJECT: Approve Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Between the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office for mutual aid provided during the Kincaid Fire and authorize the Sheriff/Coroner to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Sheriff’s Department requests your Board’s approval of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office for our assistance of law enforcement mutual aid requested for the Kincaid fire.
