Subject: First Amendment to Contract, dated June 25, 2019, between the County of Lake and Chabot-Las Positas Community College District.
Executive Summary:
On June 25, 2019, your Board approved the contract between Lake County Department of
Social Services (LCDSS) and Chabot-Las Positas Community College District for Title IV-E Foster Care Training in the amount of $1,000,000.00. This amendment is necessary to
change the due date for the 4th Quarter invoice. LCDSS requires additional time to review
the final invoice for proper reconciliation. There are no monetary changes included in this amendment.
