Subject: Approve Amendment Number 4 to the Agreement for Indigent Services between the County of Lake and Lake Indigent Defense, LLP and authorize the Chair to sign.

On December 18, 2019, the Auditor-Controller/County Clerk’s Office requested a minor revision to the Public Defender Contract to clarify the payment terms of the agreement.
Both Lake Indigent Defense, LLP partners have agreed to this change.
There are no fiscal or staffing impacts related to this change.
