Subject:                     Approve revised Amendment One between the County of Lake and Bennet Omalu Pathology for a Five-Year Cost Plan and Fee Schedule for Pathology Services and authorize the Chairman to re-sign.

 

Executive Summary: The approval of this item was before your Board on January 28, 2020, however the fee schedule was inadvertently amended to read “County of Lake” instead of “County of Mendocino”. To clarify, this fee schedule is derived from the 2017 fee schedule between the County of Mendocino and Regional Pathology. If further clarification is needed, Lt. Corey Paulich will be available to discuss.
