Date:                                          February 25, 2020

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

The County holds a multi-year contract with Peterson Tractor Company for mobile equipment service and repair work to the heavy equipment fleet at the Eastlake Landfill. The contract currently provides for up to $225,000 of annual service and repair work. Thus far in FY 19-20 the maintenance and repairs performed, as well as the anticipated work remaining, necessitate an increase to the maximum contract amount for FY 19-20 to ensure the landfill equipment remains operable. Funding for the amendment is provided through landfill tipping fees.
