Subject: Consideration of Change Order No. 2 with Coleman Environmental Engineering, Inc. for FEMA FMAG Culvert Replacement No. 1 & No. 2, Federal Project No.'s FMAG DR 5093-1-1R & FMAG DR 5112-1-1R, Bid No. 19-01, For a decrease of $10,947.17 and a Revised Contract Amount of $645,300.33, and Authorize the Chair to Sign.

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):
Attached for the Board's review and approval is Contract Change Order (CCO) 2 for the subject project. Contract Change Order No. 2 addresses the need to eliminate Site 118 - Rose Anderson Road PM 0.59 because of worker safety and road stability concerns at this location. This results in a decrease of $10,947.17 to the contract amount of $656,247.50 for a revised contract amount of $645,300.33. This project is funded 75% from the State's CalOES funds and a 25% local match. Therefore, this project is 100% funded thru construction.
