On February 13, 2019 the Board of Supervisors granted Special Districts Administrator authorization to initiate all transfers of Starview Water CSA #18 assets, Liabilities and fund equity. It has since been discovered that there are additional assets that need to be transferred. The assets consist of one parcel APN 050-641-130 and two easements identified as Documents 00495591 and 00463919.
