I am requesting approval of the Geothermal Consultant Contract with Harold W. Bertholf, Inc. (Bertholf)
The purpose of this contract is detailed below:
• Bertholf will perform key valuations on the portion of the geothermal field that resides within the County of Lake.
• The current staff of the Assessor’s office does not have or can easily obtain the expertise to value these specific properties.
• These services will provide cost savings and uniformity of the same geothermal field across both Sonoma and Lake Counties. This uniformity will allow for ease of reporting for the business entities.
