As your Board is aware, your labor negotiations team is actively meeting with represented labor groups regarding salary and benefits. 

 

For the purpose of meeting with unrepresented management employees regarding salary and benefits, it is recommended that your Board appoint temporary representatives to meet with County Department Heads.

Recommended Action: Staff recommends your Board appoint Chair Simon, Vice Chair Sabatier, CAO Huchingson and DCAO Carter to serve as temporary representatives to meet with County Department Heads, on behalf of your Board, regarding salary and benefits of unrepresented management employees.
