Subject: Adopt Resolution Approving Agreement No. 19-0737-008-SF with the California Department of Food and Agriculture to Provide Reimbursement for Asian Citrus Pysllid Winter Trapping Program for the amount of $8,762 beginning October 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020

Executive Summary:
I would like to ask the Board to adopt the attached Resolution approving an agreement with California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) for the Asian Citrus Pysllid Winter Trapping Program in Lake County from October 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. This pest has been detected in 18 counties, from Placer to San Diego. The citrus industry is funding this trapping program to determine how many counties are infested. The agreement is $8,762.

Should the board adopt this resolution, please have the chair sign and return one original copy of the agreement, one copy of the board resolution and return them to the Department of Agriculture for processing. A signed complete copy will be returned for your records.
