Executive Summary:

 

Lake County Behavioral Health Services has utilized Hilltop Recovery Services as a resource to provide Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program and Outpatient Drug Free Services for approved Lake County residents in need. This Agreement details payment terms and a fee schedule based on the State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) approved amounts for each service. As DHCS has updated this fee schedule with DHCS MHSUDS Information Notice No. 19-036, it has become necessary to amend the contract to reflect this update.
