Consequent to your Board’s discussion and direction at the April 7, 2020 Board of Supervisors meeting, attached here is a draft Urgency Ordinance Establishing a Temporary Exception to Certain Nuisance Abatement Notice Requirements of Chapter 13 of the Lake County Code.
As an urgency ordinance, it may be adopted today upon a 4/5 vote of your Board.
