Subject:                     Approve waiver of the 900 hour extra help limit for Facilities Maintenance Worker James Adam, Deputy Sheriff Michael Moore, Marine Patrol Deputy Sheriff’s Brenndon Bosse, Kevin Odom, Emil Devincenzi, Lloyd Wells and Dennis Ostini

 

Executive Summary:  The Sheriff’s Department requests approval to exceed the 900 hour extra help limit on the following employees.    Jim Adams has been working on several specialized projects and we would like to request he be authorized to work an additional 60 hours.   He will not exceed 960 total hours in this fiscal year.   

Deputy Sheriff Michael Moore is assigned to Court Security with the other Deputy Sheriff’s assigned to Marine Patrol.     In the event of the reopening of the lake, these deputies will return to work in the Marine Patrol division unless they are needed elsewhere within the department due to the COVID 19 pandemic.

Recommended Action:  The Sheriff’s Department recommends the approval of waivers for  900 hour extra help Facilities Maintenance Worker James Adam, Deputy Sheriff Michael Moore, Marine Patrol Deputy Sheriff’s Brenndon Bosse, Kevin Odom, Emil Devincenzi, Lloyd Wells and Dennis Ostini.
