I am requesting an opportunity for our Board to review AB 626 which makes microenterprise home kitchen operations possible under certain conditions.  The bill can be referenced here:

I have been contacted by constituents who have interest in this program and last week, I met with our Environmental Health (EH) staff about it.  During our Board’s discussion, interested constituents will review their ideas for such operations here and share a brief video with our Board.  I have also asked EH staff to be a part of the discussion.
