Subject:                     Consideration of COVID-19 “Great Plates Delivered” program

 

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

 

Over the past two weeks, staff has met with Supervisor Scott and Supervisor Crandell to consider the feasibility of implementing the “Great Plates Delivered” program here in Lake County.  We are requesting an opportunity to report to your Board on this program.

Estimated Cost: To serve 500 participants for 30 days, upfront is estimated at $433,825 assuming state/feds advance 50% of their respective shares.  No funds are budgeted for this purpose at this time.
