Subject: Approval of Amendment #1 of Inmate Telephone and Video Visitation Service Agreement with Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC
Executive Summary: On November 7, 2017, Your Board approved the Inmate Telephone and Visitation Service Agreement with Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we have determined a need to amend this contract to add a mobile cart so this equipment could be moved to and from different housing units. Due to the urgency of this purchase, the item has already been ordered. This purchase is being made from the Sheriff/Inmate Welfare Fund 2215 and there is no cost of the County.
