Executive Summary: The Agreement between the County of Lake and Adventist Health Clear Lake for the period of October 11, 2019 through March 31, 2023 has been executed. However, this agreement did not stipulate that the Behavioral Health Services Director, Todd Metcalf, would be the designated signatory. This Resolution is intended to serve as authorization for Todd Metcalf to sign this agreement.
