I am recommending your Board make the following addition to your meeting calendar for 2020:
June 30, 2020 Special Meeting

Location: Virtual meeting by ZOOM.
Ordinarily, your Board does not meet on a 5th Tuesday of the month. However, due to the need to move on with the Economic Development Workshops planned in early 2020 with your Department Heads, staff recommends this special meeting date be added to your calendar.
