Subject: Adopt Resolution to Authorize Lake County Behavioral Health Services Director to sign the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and the Department of Health Care Services for the period between July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021.
Executive Summary: Attached, for your approval is the Resolution to authorize Lake County Behavioral Health Services Director to sign the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and the Department of Health Care Services for the period between July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021, which is also attached. This Standard Agreement outlines and discusses the program specifications including scope of work, assessment and data collection tools, funds provision, general terms and conditions, special terms and conditions, additional provisions including HIPAA Business Associate Addendum, travel reimbursement information, and contractor’s release. As there is no anticipated fiscal impact, and no additional duties are required of LCBHS, we are seeking Board of Supervisor review and approval of the Behavioral Health Services Director to sign this document as it represents a formal protocol for continuation of Behavioral Health Services that will impact many citizens of Lake County.
