Executive Summary: Invoices from the City of Lakeport pertaining to sewer use in 2019 by the County (Special Districts) have exceeded the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Budget. Attached for your review is a Resolution requesting to cancel Operation & Maintenance Reserves 254-8351-392-27-00 by $49,085 and appropriate $49,085 in account 251-8351-783-23-80, Professional & Specialized Services.
