Subject: Approve Task Order No. 1 With MGE for On-Call Construction Management Services for Various HBP-Funded Bridge Projects in Lake County, CA in the amount of $302,248.98 and Authorize the Chair to Sign.

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):
On July 14, 2020 the Board of Supervisors approved a Master Agreement between the County of Lake and MGE Engineering, Inc. for On-Call Construction Management Services for HBP-Funded Bridge Projects in the amount of $2,500,000. Each induvial project will have a Task Order No. assigned to it. This is the first Task order for the referenced Master Agreement.

TASK ODER NO.1

Task Order No. 1 is to provide construction management services for the Clayton Creek Road at Clayton Creek Bridge Replacement project, Federal Project No. BRLO-5914(077), near Lower Lake, CA. The total for Task Order No. 1 is $302,248.98, see Exhibit "A" for details.

The remaining balance on the Master Agreement is $2,197,751.02.

The cost of services to be rendered under this Task Order will be funded through the federal highway bridge program and state toll credits, as appropriate.
