The Resolution of the Board of Directors, South Lake Fire Protection District is being submitted for your Board’s approval pursuant to Section 10400 et seq. of the Elections Code, State of California. The Fire District requests the Board of Supervisors to permit the Registrar of Voters to render all services necessary to conduct the South Lake Fire Protection District’s Special Election for the Purpose of Establishing a New Appropriations Limit and the Fire District agrees to reimburse the County of Lake in full upon presentation of the bill.
