Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):
Pursuant to the County's approval of a Tentative Parcel Map (PM 19-02) for 5400 Gaddy Lane, LN, LP / Lori Koester, Assessor's Parcel No. 024-071-69, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the Developer for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 5400 Gaddy Lane, Kelseyville
Description of project is: Construction of frontage improvements along Gaddy Lane.
We hereby request the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached Inspection Agreement.
