Subject: Adopt Resolution of Intention and set a time for Public Hearing on September 29, 2020 at 11:00am to Name a Certain Existing Unnamed Road in the County of Lake to Psi Keep Ranch Road.

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

A request has been made by a property owner to name an existing road located off of Jerusalem Grade in the Middletown area. The road to be named is not in the County-maintained Road System, nor is it proposed to be. The proposed road name is to be for identification purposes only. For the convenience of the Board, a sketch of the road and the request to name this road are attached.

There are no other roads in the County with the name of Psi Keep Ranch Road.

The attached Resolution of Intention sets forth the location and the proposed name of this road.

Your favorable consideration of the Resolution will facilitate a proper name for this existing unnamed road.
