Subject: Adopt Resolution approving County of Lake Application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for Emergency Solutions Grant Program CARES Act Funding.

Executive Summary: Attached is a resolution to approve County of Lake's application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for Emergency Solutions Grant Program Cares Act Funding. This Resolution allows County of Lake to apply for and utilize grant funding allocations under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act allocation to the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program (ESG-CV) up to One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,350,000.00). It also authorizes the director of Lake County Behavioral Health Services, as the lead agency for the Lake County Continuum of Care, to sign and execute the standard agreement, any subsequent modifications or amendments to the agreement, as well as any other documents related to this grant.
