Subject: Approve Amendment One to the Building and Rooftop Space License Agreement between the County of Lake and Cellco Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless; and authorize the Chair to sign.
Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):
In 2019 the Board of Supervisors approved an agreement with Cellco Partnership, DBA Verizon Wireless, for the use of courthouse rooftop space for Verizon’s communications equipment. Subsequent to the execution of the agreement, Verizon was notified by PG&E that the proposed three foot wide utility easement located on County property adjacent to Third Street must be widened to ten feet. This amendment provides for that widened easement.
