Subject: Approve Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for Roadway and Public Utility Purposes - Across a Portion of the Licina/Fitzsimmons Property adjoining the Lands of Barnes, Upper Lake, Parcel Map 09-02 Barnes

The attached Irrevocable Offer of Dedication is being presented to the Board of Supervisors at this time to provide off tract dedication for a public roadway and public utility easement over portions of the lands of Licina/Fitzsimmons (APN 022-016-07) that adjoin the lands of Barnes (being divided by parcel map PM 09-02)
The acceptance by the Board and the recording of this document will satisfy the road dedication condition of approval for public access to Parcels 1 and 2 as shown on the final map (yet to be approved) for this land division.
Approximately 900 feet of right of way is offered for dedication at this time. An attached site map will show the approximate location of the dedication and the Barnes parcel being subdivided.
The portion of right of way being dedicated will not be accepted into the County maintained road system.
Staff has reviewed the document and finds it acceptable. This department recommends that the Board of Supervisors accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication and return it to the County Surveyor for recording.
