Executive Summary: The Mother-Wise program serves to address the issue of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders in mothers of newborn children in Lake County. Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) has continued to support the Mother-Wise Program under the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders Initiative as this program continues to make a difference in the lives of mothers and their newborn infants in Lake County. LCBHS is requesting to waive the formal bidding process, pursuant to Lake County Code Section 38.2 as it is not in the public interest due to the unique nature of goods or services.
