Subject: Adopt Resolution Authorizing Special Districts Administrator to Sign the Notice of Completion for Work Performed under Agreement 19-08A, Dated June 25, 2019 for the Onsite Installation of Sanitation Equipment for the Anderson Springs Sewer System.
Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):
On June 25, 2019, your Board approved an agreement with Mercer Fraser Co. in the amount of $1,926,995 for the purchase and installation of onsite equipment for the Anderson Springs Sewer Project.
Two Change Orders, including the final balancing change order brought the total cost of the project to $1,715,672.
The project is complete and staff is requesting you adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Special Districts Administrator to sign the Notice of Completion.
