Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

On March 12, 2019, the Board approved an Agreement with McGuire-Pacific Constructors for the Cycle 7 & Cycle 8 HSIP Signs & Striping Project. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on September 15, 2020.

Staff has prepared a resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to sign the Notice of Completion.

Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the Cycle 7 & Cycle 8 HSIP Signs & Striping Project; Federal Aid Project No.'s HSIPL-5914(104) & HSIPL-5914(113); Bid No. 18-22, and authorize the Chairman to execute said Resolution.
