SUBJECT: Consideration of (a) Board appointment of delegate and alternate to the Rural County Representatives (RCRC) Board of Directors for 2021; (b) Board appointment of delegate and alternate to Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) Board of Directors for 2021; and (c) Board appointment of delegate and alternate to the Rural Counties Representatives of California Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority (ESJPA) Board of Directors for 2021
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
RCRC requests that your Board designate your delegate and alternate for the RCRC Board of Directors for 2021. Similarly, RCRC is requesting that your Board designate your delegate and alternate for the Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) Board of Directors for 2021 and your delegate and alternate to the RCRC ESJPA Board of Directors for 2021. See attached memos from RCRC for additional information.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
(a) Appoint delegate and alternate to RCRC Board of Directors for 2021.
(b) Appoint delegate and alternate to GSFA Board of Directors for 2021.
(c) Appoint delegate and alternate to RCRC ESJPA Board of Directors for 2021.
