Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

Based on the tentative agreements of the parties, on October 20, 2020, your Board approved the

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) By and Between the Lake County Safety Employees

Association (LCSEA) and the County of Lake for October 21, 2020 - October 20, 2021. 

 

Your approval was contingent upon ratification of said MOU by LCSEA no later than October 27,

2020.

 

The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on the status of ratification of this MOU. 

 

Without LCSEA ratification by October 27, 2020, said MOU will not go into effect.
