Executive Summary: Attached, for your approval is Addendum No. 3 to the Commercial Lease Agreement between the County of Lake and Bruno’s Property Management for the lease of property located at 6302 Thirteenth Avenue, Lucerne, California. This Addendum serves to add attached property to the 6302 Thirteenth Avenue location to the Commercial Lease Agreement.
