Subject: Consideration of Designation of Subrecipient's Agent Resolution, authorizing County Administrative Officer, Carol Huchingson and Auditor-Controller, Cathy Saderlund to provide to the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) the assurances and agreements required.

The County of Lake's Notice of Intent (NOI), under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), has approved to submit sub-applications for two separate projects: Critical Facility Backup Generators at Eleven Key Sites within the District's Three Service Areas; and Two Tank Replacements (Tank #3 and Tank #4) for County Service Area #20, Soda Bay Road Water System to the (Cal OES).
This Agent Resolution is universal and is effective for all open and future Disaster/Grants up to
three (3) years following the date of approval
