Subject: Approve the agreement between the County of Lake and Debra Sally DVM for veterinary services for the remainder of the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year in the amount of $8,000 and authorize the Board Chair to sign the agreement.

Attached, for your approval, is the Agreement between the County of Lake and Debra Sally DVM for Veterinary Medical Services for the remainder of the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year. The current County Veterinarian, Richard Bachman DVM, will be taking a leave of absence from January 1st, 2021 until mid-February. Debra Sally DVM will provide veterinary medical care, surgical care, and treatment services to animals within Animal Care and Control care during his absence.
