Subject: Adopt Resolution Authorizing Amendment to the Agreement between Lake County Behavioral Health Services and California Department of Health Care Services for Substance use Disorder Services and authorize the Behavioral Health Services Director to sign the Amendment.

Executive Summary: Attached for your review is Amendment 01 to the Standard Agreement between Lake County Behavioral Health Services and the California Department of Health Care Services. Lake County Behavioral Health Services provides Substance Use Disorder services to approved Lake County residents. The protocol and criteria for these services are determined by the State of California - Health and Human Services Agency Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). As Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) operates as a DMC Organized Delivery System (ODS) for Substance Use Disorder Services, LCBHS is subject to periodic DMC contract adjustments and amendments.
