SUBJECT: 11:00 A.M. HEARING - Appeal of Vicious Animal Abatement Case Number #223, located at 9003 Fairway Kelseyville, CA 95451 (Diana Peterson)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
At the request of Diana Peterson, this hearing has been scheduled to appeal a vicious animal abatement order imposed by Animal Care and Control for Ms. Peterson’s dogs “Duce” and “Daisy.”
A written request from dog owner for said hearing is attached, as well as all backup documentation from Animal Care and Control for case number #223.
