Subject: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Agreement between the County of Lake and the Sierra Health Foundation: Center for Health Program Management Services for the period of September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 and authorize the Behavioral Health Services Director to sign the Agreement.
Executive Summary: Attached for your review is the Agreement between County of Lake and Sierra Health Foundation: Center for Program Management and the resolution authorizing the Behavioral Health Services Director to sign the agreement. This agreement provides support and funding for telehealth infrastructure and personal protective equipment costs for substance use disorder and/or mental health service providers to address COVID-19 protocol. The protocol and criteria for these services are determined by the State of California - Health and Human Services Agency Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
