Lake County Department of Social Services (LCDSS) is amending the Lease Agreement with Gary Sada and Sheila Sada for the office space located at 926 S. Forbes St. in Lakeport to extend the Lease term for one (1) year. LCDSS has rented the space since 2002, and this location houses our Child Welfare Services branch. There is no increase in total cost and rent remains $7,194.39 per month during the term of this Amendment
