Subject: Approve Waiver of the 900 Hour Limit for Certain Janitorial Positions within the Department of Social Services.

The Department of Social Services requests authorization to waive the 900 hour limit for five extra help janitors.
Jennifer Clifton, Darrell Grady, Samantha Iovino, Beau Stephens, and Marc Whitney work for the Department of Social Services. They do janitorial work for our 11 buildings. Their wages are paid out of Budget Unit 5011, Social Services Administration. We have sufficient salary savings to cover this increase in cost. Their hours will not exceed 999.
