Subject: Approval of Resolution Accepting Final Parcel Map - Lawson PM 06-10 and Authorizing the Chair to Sign.

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

The subject Final Parcel Map is being presented to the Board of Supervisors for acceptance and approval. This Parcel Map consists of two (2) parcels, the areas being 23.72 and 5.54 acres in size.

The properties are located along Cole Creek Road in Kelseyville.

The current Assessor's Parcel No. is 007-028-15. The address is 4945 Cole Creek Rd, Kelseyville.

The accompanying resolution will approve and accept subject Final Parcel Map, and will also accept the irrevocable offer of dedication of the roadway and public utility easement as shown on said map, along Cole Creek Road. In addition, the irrevocable offer of dedication for the public utilities easement will also be accepted.

Water and sewage disposal for the newly created parcels will be provided through a well and an approved sewage disposal system.

Your favorable consideration of this resolution will facilitate the final action of subject Parcel Map prior to recording
