Executive Summary: Attached, for your approval is Addendum No. 2 to the Commercial Lease Agreement between the County of Lake and Big Oak Center, LLC for the lease of property located at 13340 E. Hwy 20 #0, Clearlake Oaks, California. This Addendum serves to adjust the monthly lease amount per the Commercial Lease Agreement entered into March 1, 2018 for the property.
